This year alone, the Chinese Certification website, TENAA, has played host for many smartphones heading out to different spectrums of the market. The list, however, does seem to be cutting short anytime soon as more and more OEMS are dishing out smartphones the week.
The newest to make its way through this site is from the manufacturing plant of the Taiwanese OEM Asus with the model number Asus X015D. Last year, Asus dished out a handset with the model number X014D, which was the Asus Zenfone Go, so there is a high possibility that we might just be looking that the Asus Zenfone Go 2.
There is an unspecified octa-core processor ticking at a speed of 1.5GHz under the hood of this device. This sensor will be powering two different variants that include a 3GB + 32GB version and a 4GB + 64GB one. Also powering the Asus X015D is a pretty large 4,850mAh battery pack that should at least give you over a day’s usage.
The handset has a 5.5 inch HD display with a 5 MP sensor just seated right above it. This sensor accompanied a main dual camera at the back of the handset which comprises of two 13MP camera, a combination of which we are sure should give top notch videoing and imaging quality.
The speculated Asus Zenfone Go 2 smartphone will be running the Android Nougat operating system from the box and will have a physical home button with a fingerprint scanner embedded in it. As of now, we just know that this device will be hitting the market soon, the price and exact launching date are still unknown.
However, whilst we are still waiting on this device, this OEM is setting sails to hit the Computex 2017 Zenfone 4 series of devices. This even will kick off on the 30th of May and will end on June 3. Who knows, we might just see them add the Zenfone Go 2 to their list of handsets during this event.
